My name is Brandon Trask. I am an award-winning writer and nominated filmmaker. I have written and produced two feature films, and both projects have been distributed foreign and domestically.

BACKSTORY:

At age six, my father stuck a sixteen-pound claw hammer in my sweaty hand. After that, I would rummage through the local construction sites, hunting for lovely pieces of lumber and nails. I constructed tree forts with the supplies and battled many foes in rock fights.

I was never a connoisseur of literature. Instead, I lost myself in the movies. One of my favorite shows in the sixties was The Wild Wild West. I constructed small western towns in my backyard, assembled makeshift gadgets, and pretended to be James West saving the damsel in distress. I always thought I  would find the meaning of life in a movie.

I worked various jobs, from a painter to a mechanic, searching for my calling. At the age of forty-six, my mother passed away from Alzheimer's. I dug one of her short stories from a dusty box and adapted it into a screenplay. In 2014, I sold all of my possessions and made the journey to the city of angels to make her dream into a film. After many trials and tribulations, the movie entered the world.
